About The Position

The Lead Consultant role at Infosys focuses on leveraging expertise in ION Right Angle to provide consulting solutions that address client needs in the evolving global landscape. The consultant will play a pivotal role in problem discovery, solution evaluation, and knowledge transfer, ensuring that clients receive value-adding services. This position requires a strong background in Information Technology and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education.
• At least 7 years of Information Technology/Domain experience.
• 10+ years of experience with ION Right Angle version 16 or higher as a Functional Consultant/Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with Open Link Right Angle, including reference data configurations and product implementation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for EOD failures, risk report mismatches, and valuation issues.
• Functional knowledge of various commodities and trade flows.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in customizing and enhancing the Right-Angle system using T-SQL, SSIS, and C#.
• SQL Server scripting experience for reporting and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Discover and define problem statements for clients.
• Evaluate solution options and make recommendations.
• Support knowledge transfer to provide value-adding consulting solutions.
• Conduct show & tell sessions to present product solutions to business users.
• Provide business and functional guidance to Technical Consultants.
• Review, test, and validate scripted solutions including reports, plugins, and interfaces.
• Configure and troubleshoot various modules of ION Right Angle.
• Drive consistency and efficiency through active leadership within the team.
• Maintain and build relationships with external IT teams and internal business collaborators.
• Standardize processes for eliciting requirements and validating system functionality.
• Mentor Junior Business Analysts and Technical Consultants.
