About The Position

You’re looking for a stable, year-round opportunity where your craftsmanship is valued and your hard work is recognized. You want to grow your skills, work with people you respect, and be part of projects you’re proud to point out to friends and family. You thrive when you’re given clear expectations, quality tools, supportive teammates, and steady work that keeps you moving and learning. At KH Properties, we’ve been in your shoes. We know what it feels like to work for companies that don’t communicate or don’t invest in their people — which is exactly why we choose to operate differently. We’re not perfect, but we are committed to continuous improvement, strong communication, and taking care of our people. As a Lead Carpenter, you’ll be an essential part of the in-house team responsible for transforming and modernizing our multifamily communities. You’ll work alongside high-performing teammates who take pride in doing work the right way — with craftsmanship, attention to detail, and respect for the properties and residents we serve. KH Properties acquires, renovates, and manages multifamily communities throughout the Midwest and Southeastern U.S. Our mission is simple: revitalize neglected communities and create high-quality homes while strengthening the lives of the families, employees, and neighborhoods we serve. Our construction team plays a critical role in that mission. We complete full-scope interior and exterior renovations — breathing new life into buildings and raising the standard of quality across our portfolio. We pride ourselves on being hands-on, solutions-oriented, and committed to delivering a product we stand behind.
