Requirements

Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
1–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or senior living
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with computers and office systems (Microsoft Office, scheduling systems, etc.)
Passion for working with seniors and providing exceptional service

Nice To Haves

Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

Supervise, coach, and support concierge/front desk team members
Assist with scheduling, training, and performance feedback
Ensure consistent service standards and professionalism across all shifts
Step in to support front desk coverage as needed
Create a warm, welcoming environment for residents, families, and visitors
Address questions, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
Build positive relationships with residents and ensure a high level of satisfaction
Support new resident move-ins and provide orientation to community services
Oversee daily front desk functions including phones, greeting guests, and managing inquiries
Coordinate communication between departments (nursing, dining, maintenance, activities, etc.)
Maintain accurate logs, documentation, and message tracking
Ensure security and safety procedures are followed (visitor sign-in, emergency protocols, etc.)
