About The Position
As the Lead Concierge at MorningStar Senior Living, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by providing exceptional service and support. This full-time position requires a compassionate individual who is dedicated to serving others and fostering a welcoming environment. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, families, and residents, ensuring that they feel valued and cared for. Your responsibilities will include greeting and assisting visitors, answering phone calls, providing information, and managing correspondence. You will also sort and distribute mail, maintain files, and handle various administrative tasks in accordance with federal and state regulations as well as company policies. In this role, you will be expected to express genuine concern and compassion for residents and their families, escorting them to their suites or other areas as needed. You will utilize various office equipment, including computers, calculators, and copy machines, to perform your duties efficiently. Your ability to adhere to and interpret resident rights and personnel policies will be crucial in maintaining a respectful and supportive atmosphere within the community.
