About The Position

Summary: The Lead Concessions Runner at Boise Athletic Club plays a key role in supporting efficient and organized concession operations. This position assists with coordinating product movement, restocking concession stands, and supporting runners during events to ensure stands remain fully stocked and prepared for service. The Lead Concessions Runner helps maintain smooth operations, supports team members during high-volume service periods, and ensures Levy’s standards for organization, safety, and sanitation are consistently followed.

Requirements

• Previous concessions, food service, warehouse, or event operations experience preferred
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communicationk and problem-solving abilities
• Ability sto stand and walk for extended periods during events
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
• Must obtain valid food handlers certification

• Previous concessions, food service, warehouse, or event operations experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating Concessions Runners to ensure timely delivery of food, beverages, and supplies to concessions stands
• Deliver products from warehouse or storage areas to concessions locations throughout events
• Ensure concessions stands remain fully stocked with beverages, food products, condiments, and service supplies
• Monitor product levels during service and proactively replenish items to prevent shortages
• Assist supervisors in organizing and maintaining concessions storage areas
• Ensure proper product rotation using FIFO (First In, First Out) standards
• Support concessions team members during busy service periods
• Communicate product shortages or operational needs to supervisors or warehouse teams
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Assist with pre-event setup and post-event breakdown of concessions areas
• Follow Levy safety, sanitation, and food handling standards
• Promote teamwork and support a positive work environment
