Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Compliance Officer for the Implementation and Monitoring team as part of Corporate Compliance Regulatory Change Management (CRCM). We are seeking a proactive and strategic Lead Compliance Officer to oversee the implementation and monitoring of regulatory changes across the enterprise. This role is responsible for ensuring that regulatory requirements are effectively translated into business processes, systems, and controls-without introducing undue risk. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of compliance frameworks, agile methodologies, and risk mitigation strategies, and will serve as a key liaison between compliance, legal, technology, and business units.
