Requirements

Proven experience in data analysis and data visualization (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools).
Experience in business sales or product development, including familiarity with sales processes and tools used in Enterprise, Public Sector, and/or Indirect channels.
Global sales and operations experience is desired.
Demonstrated experience in risk management, including designing and implementing complex mitigation strategies.
Strong understanding of business operations in global and multicultural environments.
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired.
5+ years of related experience.
Certification is required in some areas.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate business risks by developing creative and effective strategies in a rapidly changing environment.
Analyze business data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities, utilizing advanced data analysis and visualization techniques to support informed decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Business Sales, International Sales, Product, and Operations—to deliver compliant and effective business solutions.
Design and implement complex mitigation strategies for both domestic and international business scenarios.
Prepare and present risk assessment reports, visual dashboards, and executive briefings to senior leadership.
Adapt quickly to new regulations, business models, and market conditions, maintaining a high standard of compliance and operational excellence.
