Serve as the primary compensation liaison for CLI & SDS leadership by leading complex compensation initiatives and cross functional projects that support the business and HR strategy. Work cross-functionally with Human Resource Business Partners (HRBP's) and senior leaders in the creation and administration of compensation programs, analysis of compensation surveys to benchmark wages, and providing wage and salary recommendations for new hires and internal promotions.
