Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of work experience, with at least 3 years in medical device sales/marketing.
  • Working knowledge of the heart failure market preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Commitment to a 'Patients First' culture and positive team mentality.
  • Thorough understanding of medical device sales channel.
  • Proven track record of leveraging analytics and customer insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with cross-functional teams in marketing collateral development.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee US marketing strategy, planning, and execution for multiple product categories.
  • Help launch new products and indications.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external cross-functional teams to design marketing campaigns.
  • Identify barriers and opportunities for therapy adoption and address them through marketing programs.
  • Introduce key messages and best practices to the commercial organization.
  • Showcase new products and messaging across various marketing channels.
  • Build a deep understanding of target markets and competitive dynamics.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of current literature and technological developments.
  • Establish performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate marketing campaigns.
  • Foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders and customers.
