Lead Commercial HVAC Service Technician Job Responsibilities (List is not inclusive) Perform assigned HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting tasks safely in a commercial and industrial setting. Service, diagnose and troubleshoot various commercial systems including packaged rooftops, split systems, boilers, chillers, etc. Perform preventative maintenance and repair commercial HVAC equipment. Ability to follow and communicate instructions and directions both verbally and written. Mastery of HVAC components and terminology. Experience with inspection, repair, and maintenance of HVAC equipment Experience w/ HVAC systems start-up/commissioning Working knowledge of HVAC concepts related to leak detection, evacuation, recovery, charging, heath pumps and air quality systems, Working knowledge of service tools and testing devices Ability to follow and communicate instructions and directions both verbally and written. Requirements

• High School Diploma Required.
• Minimum 10 plus years of HVAC experience required.
• Mastery of HVAC components and terminology.
• Experience with inspection, repair, and maintenance of HVAC equipment
• Experience w/ HVAC systems start-up/commissioning
• Working knowledge of HVAC concepts related to leak detection, evacuation, recovery, charging, heath pumps and air quality systems
• Working knowledge of service tools and testing devices
• Ability to follow and communicate instructions and directions both verbally and written.
• Valid Drivers’ License

Nice To Haves

• Technical school preferred.
• OSHA 10 Preferred
• EPA Certified
