Lead Commercial HVAC Service Technician

We're searching for a highly experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to take on a lead role with our team. If you've spent the last 10+ years mastering commercial and industrial HVAC systems - from chillers and boilers to cooling towers and rooftop units - this is the opportunity where your skills will be recognized, respected, and well-compensated. Requirements
- 10+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC service experience
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs
- Valid driver's license with an insurable record
- EPA Universal Certification
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
- A commitment to quality work and safety
Nice To Haves
- NATE Certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining complex commercial and industrial HVAC systems
- Hands-on work with boilers, pumps, cooling towers, rooftop units, and more
- Leading service projects and mentoring junior techs
- Representing our brand with professionalism and pride
- Performing fieldwork Monday-Friday, with occasional OT as needed
