We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Lead, Commercial Excellence to lead initiatives that drive revenue growth, optimize go-to-market execution, and enhance customer lifecycle value across our global operations. This role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Digital teams to align strategy with execution, define performance standards, and implement best-in-class commercial practices. As a key leader in our transformation journey, you will guide commercial innovation, support product launches, enhance dealer/customer performance, and shape the future of our digital revenue streams. This is a hybrid role based in our office in Oak Brook, IL, where you will work on-site three days per week and enjoy the flexibility to work remotely two days per week. We believe in creating a work environment that supports both collaboration and flexibility—giving you space to connect in person while empowering you to do focused work from wherever you work best. The role is cross posted in Europe (Turin CNH HQ).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
  • 10+ years related professional experience to include 5+ years of B2B commercial experience across multiple markets, including managerial responsibility in marketing, pricing, sales, and/or distribution.

Responsibilities

  • Define and Lead Revenue Optimization Strategy through developing a comprehensive framework to optimize revenue generation across the full customer lifecycle.
  • Provide strategic guidance on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention to enhance long-term value.
  • Establish Best Practices in Sales Execution through designing and implementing standardized processes for sales pipeline management and customer support operations.
  • Ensure consistency and effectiveness across markets and channels.
  • Define metrics and performance monitoring.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for revenue growth, customer uptime improvement, and sales effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with global product teams and regional leaders to define the capabilities and requirements necessary for Successful New Product Introductions.
  • Ensure commercial readiness aligns with launch plans.
  • Deliver Financial Benchmarking and Dealer Insights by partnering with captive lending finance teams to design and execute a financial benchmarking program.
  • Identify performance gaps and credit risks across the dealer network and support the development of best-in-class dealer groups and targeted improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Digital and Aftermarket & Service (A&S) teams to design and deploy next-generation digital tools, connected services, and innovative business models.
  • Evolve sales processes to support emerging digital revenue streams.
  • Align Commercial and Product Strategy by working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure dealer capabilities are aligned with product roadmaps, launch timing, and go-to-market objectives.
