About The Position

Wells Fargo’s Specialized Industries Technology Banking Group is seeking a Lead Relationship Manager to expand our Northern California Early Stage team. The primary responsibilities of the role are focused on new client acquisition, client relationship management, and driving revenue generation opportunities. In this role, you will: Develop, retain, and expand complex client relationships by understanding financial priorities and decision‑maker needs, while proactively identifying new opportunities across the Wells Fargo platform to drive multi‑line revenue growth. Coordinate transactions with our credit, treasury management, foreign exchange, and other partner groups Gather financial statements to analyze and make recommendations based on findings. Develop trusted relationships at the operational, c-suite, and board of director levels Stay informed of industry trends, market news, and emerging technology Represent our team in the market by hosting unique events, networking with influencers, and attending conferences Drive relationship planning activities to deliver the full suite of bank solutions Maintain sales and pipeline disciplines by keeping information current in relevant systems

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
