Role Overview: As a Lead Collections Representative at Suffolk Credit Union, your primary responsibility is to oversee the collections process, including supervisory oversight of other Collections Representatives. This role involves managing delinquent accounts, negotiating payment arrangements, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. You will also process collections notices, assist members with collection-related concerns, and provide guidance on repayment options, all while fostering positive member relationships.
