About The Position

The “Lead Coder” responsibility is to supervise and coordinate the overall
operational and compliance activities for the coding section.  The “Lead Coder”
may function in a hands-on or “working” role.  The Lead Coder will evaluate work
methods, procedures and ensure efficiency for the coding section.
