About The Position

Lead CNC Machinist/Toolmaker We're looking for an experienced CNC Machinist/Toolmaker who enjoys building high‑quality tooling, solving problems on the fly, and helping others grow. If you're skilled with CNC equipment, confident reading blueprints, and ready to take a leadership role on the shop floor, this is a great opportunity to make an impact. Work Schedule Rotational 12-hour shift | 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off Night shift: 6 PM – 6 AM (preference given to night candidates) Compensation Starting pay is $33.00 - $37.00 per hour. Team Members working the Night shift will qualify for an additional 6% shift differential. Placon employment offers are contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment drug test, basic physical, background check, educational verification, and reference checks (as applicable). Requirements
