Lead CNA & Scheduling Specialist Aegis Health Care is currently seeking an organized, and detail-oriented Lead CNA & Scheduling Specialist that has passion for providing outstanding services to the elderly in Senior Living communities and in-home health settings. This is a full-time position. The Lead CNA/Scheduling Specialist is an important part of the Aegis Healthcare team. Join our Aegis Family a s the CNA Staff Scheduling Coordinator ; you will be responsible for creating and managing schedules for full-time, part-time, and PRN CNA employees to ensure optimal coverage and compliance with labor regulations. You will review the schedule daily and assist as needed to address any staffing gaps or conflicts, ensuring all shifts are adequately covered. Utilizing the scheduling system proficiently, you will update and document all schedule changes in real time to maintain accuracy and transparency. Additionally, you will design and implement staffing patterns and templates aimed at increasing operational efficiency and enhancing staff satisfaction by balancing workload and preferences. Collaboration with clinical leadership is essential to accommodate staffing changes, address unforeseen needs, and facilitate smooth transitions. You will also be expected to perform other related duties as to support staffing functions and contribute to departmental goals.   • Creating and managing schedules for full-time, part-time, and PRN CNA employees to ensure optimal coverage and compliance with labor regulations.

  • Current CNA license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Previous experience managing a team while holding them accountable to high standards

  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable automobile
  • Proof of current automobile insurance
