About The Position

The Lead Caregiver works an unset schedule, however working hours are between 8AM and 6PM on Sun - Wed working shifts ranging from 2-to-5hour shifts and stacking. Because of the variable nature of caregiving shifts, an exact work schedule is difficult to pre-determine. Responsibilities include working initial shifts for new clients, filling in for last-minute or temporary shifts, introducing new caregivers to clients. Lead Caregivers are expected to embody the company’s values of compassion, accountability, and high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Have at least 1 year of experience as a Caregiver.
• Comfortable commuting as far SeaTac / Burien / Renton / Tukwila areas, Seattle, Eastside and Snohomish County.
• You have a valid and active CNA or HCA Active license in WA?
• You are Authorized to work in the United States?
• You are available Sun - Wed between 8am - 6pm?
• You can commute within 30 - 35 miles and assist different clients within those areas?
• You have a valid D.L. & personal vehicle with insurance?
• Clients might have pets in the home and/or Smoke.
• Main needs will include assistance with bathing, light housekeeping, meal prep and transportation for errands and appointments, and stacking Shifts, must be comfortable working with pets in the home and providing pet care if needed.
