About The Position

The Lead Clubhouse Attendant will maintain daily operations of amenity and recreational facilities while assisting residents in using the amenity facilities and oversee all clubhouse staff. The Clubhouse Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the rules and regulations of the amenity facilities are being followed.

Requirements

• 3-5 Years clubhouse supervision experience.
• Computer literacy.
• Experience with community management preferred.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and guests to the facility by conducting tours and providing welcome packets.
• Participate in daily operations, special events and activities of amenities.
• Monitor cleanliness of clubhouse and facilities.
• Oversee general day to day operations.
• Schedule clubhouse staff.
• General oversight of vendors.
• File and retrieve records and correspondence as needed for research.
• Maintain cleanliness of the amenities.
• Schedule events and rentals.
• Sell tickets for events and rentals.
• Monitor special events
• The Clubhouse Supervisor position supervises clubhouse employees.
