About The Position
Join the Elwyn Team - As the Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) Lead Clinician, you are a core member of a multidisciplinary team, utilizing your clinical skill and experience to assess, plan, develop, coordinate, and provide treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to (PACT) clients under the clinical supervision of the team leader and the prescriber. A team member is equally responsible for performing various activities and interventions that support (PACT) clients in the community.
