About The Position

Responsible for Coordinate and oversee activities of the clinic and clinical team members to ensure compassionate, effective and efficient delivery of high quality of care for patients. Principal Accountabilities: Oversee daily operations of the clinical area and all satellites offices, including but not limited to: Echocardiography, ECG, Holter and Event monitoring, all stress tests Create and manage staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage at all times Ensure smooth patient flow, operational readiness and adherence to clinical standards across all sites. Serve as clinical leader and resource while maintaining hands on echo skills and responsibilities. Complete annual staff evaluations Schedule and facilitate 12clinical/technical meetings per year Oversee equipment inspections and maintenance to ensure safety and compliance Promote teamwork, accountability and high clinical standards Act as liaison between staff and leadership to support effective communication Qualifications Required:

Requirements

• Graduate from accredited school of Ultrasound/CVT
• Registered in echo CCI or ARDMS
• Minimum five years of recent echo experience.

Nice To Haves

• EPIC knowledge preferred
• good communications skills
• team player but able to work independently.
