About The Position

The Lead Clinician is responsible for overseeing the operational and strategic objectives of OSF Medical Group (OSF MG). This role involves fostering strong relationships with physicians and administrative leaders to ensure quality care delivery and efficient operations at assigned sites. The Lead Clinician acts as a visionary leader, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and guiding Mission Partners through necessary changes. This position works closely with the Manager of Physician Offices to achieve the organization's goals and support its vision.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree in a relevant field.
• Active medical license with board certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical delivery of medical care.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in leadership within an integrated delivery health system.
• Active participation in medical group management education.
• Certification in area of specialty.

Responsibilities
