About The Position
The position requires a candidate who holds a bachelor's degree (or equivalent education/experience) and has eight years of highly relevant experience, including six years in healthcare. The candidate must have a minimum of three years of experience in a technical leadership position. The role involves converting business requirements into effective solutions and collaborating with technical teams to ensure successful execution and delivery. The candidate should have experience in managing IS&T project life cycles using project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Monday. Additionally, the candidate should be skilled in learning and translating existing business processes and complex workflows to deliver metrics and insights with real-time visibility. Hands-on experience with visual analytics tools like Tableau and Power BI, as well as working knowledge of Visio, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office applications, is required.
