About The Position
Principal Accountabilities: 1. Accesses, labels, and processes laboratory specimens. 2. Loads specimens on lab analyzers and equipment. 3. Performs patient registrations and orders lab tests in computer. 4. Produces lab reports, sorts, and delivers. 5. Exercises independent judgement on moderately to substantially complex cases. 6. Requires little instruction on day to day work and general direction on more complex tasks and projects. 7. Mentors staff on technical skills. 8. Performs other related duties as assigned.
