Requirements

Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in Tennessee.
Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience (pediatric preferred).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Positive, professional attitude with a commitment to patient care and teamwork.

Nice To Haves

Leadership or team-lead experience in a dental office strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide chairside assistance during pediatric and orthodontic procedures.
Oversee daily clinical flow — coordinate team assignments and ensure efficient scheduling.
Train, mentor, and support clinical team members to maintain consistency and quality care.
Ensure infection control and sterilization protocols are followed at all times.
Manage inventory and supply ordering to keep the clinic well-stocked and organized.
Take and develop digital x-rays, impressions, and intraoral photos as needed.
Help young patients and parents feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit.
Communicate effectively with the front office and doctor to ensure seamless care delivery.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
