Serves as the lead for front office operations, providing guidance and support to reception staff while ensuring a high standard of patient service and efficient clinic workflow. Receives, greets, and directs patients, visitors, and hospital personnel in a professional and courteous manner, setting the tone for the clinic’s patient experience. Oversees and performs patient registration and admitting processes, interviewing patients/guardians to accurately obtain, verify, and document required information in the electronic medical record. Ensures accuracy, compliance, and consistency in front desk procedures and documentation.
