About The Position

Sales employees will concentrate on acquiring new business and conducting customer visits in the field. When not in the field, they are expected to collaborate with their team from their assigned office location, if available. Our Lead Client Solutions Executive, earn between $94,100 - $141,100. Overall Purpose: Drive revenue growth by strategically managing client relationships, generating sales (both new and existing), and delivering AT&T products and solutions that meet customers’ key business needs.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant sales experience.

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship & Account Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Understand client needs, use consultative selling skills to close deals, ensure satisfaction and loyalty, and deliver tailored presentations.
  • Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business and expand/retain existing accounts. Consistently meet or exceed revenue and unit targets.
  • Market & Trend Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage.
  • RFP Response Management: Prepare and submit detailed responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring alignment with client needs and company offerings.
  • Customer Support & Dispute Resolution: Assist in resolving customer disputes and account discrepancies, providing effective solutions for billing, installation, and other issues.
  • Managing large, complex sales
  • Meeting higher-than-average sales targets or managing a large territory.
  • Communicating effectively, analyzing data, leveraging extensive experience, and solving problems.
  • Introducing new products, leading training sessions, and mentoring colleagues.
  • Meeting with customers in person or virtually to discuss sales opportunities.
  • Advising on product suitability and providing technical expertise.
  • Preparing proposals, pricing, and strategic sales plans.
  • Collaborating with external partners on solutions.
  • Researching customer businesses and industries for new opportunities.
