About The Position
The Lead Cleaner III is responsible for giving direction, motivation, and guidance to a team of cleaners. Day Cleanroom Lead - $20 Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 6am - 5pm Once a month- Saturday 8am - 2:30pm Day Porter Lead - $18.00 Monday - Friday 8am- 5pm Night Cleanroom Lead - $26.00 Monday - Friday 5pm - 12:30am Night lead - $19.50 Monday - Friday 5pm - 12:30am Address: 2220 Caldwell Ln, Del Valle, TX 78617 Benefit Information: ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package. Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- No experience required and on the job training provided
- No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
Nice To Haves
- Customer service experience
- One (1) year of similar work experience
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to team members
- Relay communication between team members, client, customers and management
- Report performance issues to the Supervisor
- Assist with the training of cleaning team
- Coordinate work assignments
- Assist with making daily and weekly work schedules
- Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building
- Manage security of keys and access cards for the property
- Report work orders for maintenance
- Makes sure premises are secured at all times
- Work with Manager to schedule jobs with Property Manager and cleaning crew to complete the work
- Oversees quality of jobs and confirms completion with Manager
- Provide training to all new hires assigned to the building
- Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly
- Complete order forms completely and accurately
- Coordinate equipment usage and inventories
