About The Position
The Lead Cleaner III is responsible for giving direction, motivation, and guidance to a team of cleaners. Day Cleanroom Lead - $20 Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 6am - 5pm Once a month- Saturday 8am - 2:30pm Day Porter Lead - $18.00 Monday - Friday 8am- 5pm Night Cleanroom Lead - $26.00 Monday - Friday 5pm - 12:30am Night lead - $19.50 Monday - Friday 5pm - 12:30am Address: 2220 Caldwell Ln, Del Valle, TX 78617 Benefit Information: ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package. For information about ABM's benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) Basic Qualifications: • Must be 18 years of age or older • No experience required and on the job training provided • No high school diploma, GED or college degree required Preferred Qualifications: • Customer service experience • One (1) year of similar work experience Responsibilities: • Provide leadership and direction to team members • Relay communication between team members, client, customers and management • Report performance issues to the Supervisor • Assist with the training of cleaning team • Coordinate work assignments • Assist with making daily and weekly work schedules • Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building • Manage security of keys and access cards for the property • Report work orders for maintenance • Makes sure premises are secured at all times • Work with Manager to schedule jobs with Property Manager and cleaning crew to complete the work • Oversees quality of jobs and confirms completion with Manager • Provide training to all new hires assigned to the building • Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly • Complete order forms completely and accurately • Coordinate equipment usage and inventories A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
