Duties include, but not limited to: Overall duties include removing debris and maintaining common space areas Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures Cleaning duties include: sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash, dusting, window cleaning, clean and maintain restrooms Cover cleaning accounts when staff is absent or on vacation Assist supervisor with special floor projects; carpet cleaning, strip and wax Replenish staff/job site supplies as needed Train on all accounts for coverage and training needs Support the area supervisor as required Disclaimer The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by associates assigned to this classification. Requirements

Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.
Must be available Monday through Sunday AM and PM
1-2 years’ experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper with floor care experience

Responsibilities
