Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in a property and casualty insurance claims environment.
  • Expert knowledge of claims lifecycle and best practices in personal lines insurance.
  • Experience in instructional design or training roles within the insurance industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both virtual and in-person.
  • Ability to analyze data to assess training needs and effectiveness.
  • Proficient with Learning Management Systems and Microsoft/Google products.
  • Adaptable and comfortable with frequent changes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design comprehensive training programs and materials for new hires and existing employees.
  • Utilize instructional design methodologies to create engaging and effective learning solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training content aligns with best practices and policies.
  • Manage and update the claims training library and learning management system content.
  • Deliver high-quality training sessions, including role-playing and practical application exercises.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and measure training effectiveness.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback during the onboarding process.
