About The Position
My client is growing and looking for a Team Leader Civil Engineer. You will be direction and development of civil/site design projects and leadership of a Civil/Site Team. Responsibilities include workflow and staff management, staff development, technical leadership, project management, quality assurance, and client management.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
- Must have civil /site engineering experience
- Experience leading a team of at least 5 people - mix of engineers, PM's
- Leading civil/site projects (technical and people side)
- Experience working with clients
- Must have ability to get Indiana PE license in 3-6 months after taking position
