You will be a Lead Circuit Card Designer for the Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) team. Our team is responsible for developing cutting-edge technologies for small form factor missiles, including processor boards and interface board designs. As a Lead Circuit Card Designer, you will be responsible for leading design and development of circuit card designs for cutting edge systems. You will work closely with your team and electronic packaging engineers and systems engineers to ensure seamless integration. Your responsibilities will include: Leading the design and development of circuit card designs for cutting edge systems Collaborating with electronic packaging engineers and systems engineers Leading design, build, and integration of bread board and brass board designs to fit the desired form factor Working in a lab environment to test, evaluate, and integrate board designs Utilizing schematic capture and board layout tools Leading small engineering team (3-4 electrical engineers) for CCA design, PLD design and processor/chassis selections Developing program plan and tasking for the Electrical Design engineers Collaborating with LM Space designers Evaluating requirements and ensuring design team develops all necessary design documentation Collaborating with integration and test team for developing test hardware Working closely with Program Manager and Chief Engineer to ensure strong technical execution of the IRAD with respect to Electrical Design.
