The PCEP Lead Child Development Teacher (CDT) provides high-quality care and education to infants and toddlers in a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment. This position requires specialized knowledge to support the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth of young children. In addition to classroom responsibilities, the Lead CDT supports the PCEP Center Director in managing the Early Childhood Education (ECE) component of the Parent-Child Education Program (PCEP), one of the program’s five core components. The PCEP Lead CDT assists with child development center operations, enrollment, licensing compliance, and adherence to TRS and NAEYC standards, while also providing ongoing guidance to PCEP Child Development Teachers to ensure consistency and quality across the PCEP Children's classrooms.
