About The Position
In this role, you will be the shift lead to oversee safety, run projects, monitor processes, lead operators and monitor the building. Shift/Hours: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00pm-7:30am.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any other Life Science or Engineering discipline.
- 3+ years’ experience in chemical industry.
- Strong communication skills, oral and written.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with process scale-up and optimization.
- 2+ years’ experience leading a team.
- Knowledge of ISO Quality standards and 6S.
- Knowledge of analytical techniques and equipment such as, GC, NMR, IR.
