About The Position
Lead Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) – Supported Leadership Compensation: $33–37/hr depending on experience Leadership compensation without leadership burnout. Urban Veterinary Associates (Westmont, IL) is seeking a Lead CVT who wants to help guide a technician team while still practicing high-quality medicine — with real doctor and management support. This role is ideal for a CVT who wants leadership without being left alone to carry everything. Requirements
- Licensed CVT in Illinois
- Minimum 3 years working in the CVT role
