Buechner We are eagerly seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Caregiver to collaborate closely with our Wellness Coordinator in providing exceptional support and guidance to our team. In this pivotal role, you will not only be responsible for training new caregivers, ensuring they are well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge, but you will also play a crucial part in the training of Medication Technicians (Medtechs), imparting essential practices and protocols that uphold our high standards of care. Additionally, you will assist with scheduling responsibilities, ensuring that our team is adequately staffed to meet the needs of our residents. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a positive and productive work environment, and you will be expected to set a shining example for your colleagues, inspiring them to excel in their roles and deliver compassionate care to those we serve. Requirements

• Med Techs must have recent experience/ training in other Independent/Assisted Living Facilities and/or be MORC Certified
• High School Graduate or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Driver’s License
• Work in a team responsibly and independently
• Good communication skills
• CPR Certified
• Ability to pass a drug screen/clear background
