How you’ll make an impact in this role Operational Leadership: Coordinate daily staffing schedules, manage PTO coverage, and lead the onboarding and training of new Medical Assistants. Clinical Support: Provide direct patient care and surgical assistance while traveling to off-site clinics as needed to ensure seamless workflow. Supply Chain Management: Oversee clinical inventory by tracking supply levels, managing back-orders, and maintaining organized medical environments. Quality & Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for problem-solving, ensuring team adherence to safety protocols and streamlined clinical documentation.

Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Medical Assistant obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
