Requirements

• Prior retail, cash-handling, and customer service experience.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Naturally enjoy interacting with guests of all ages.
• Ability to intercept, engage, and demonstrate products effectively.
• Welcoming, positive, and friendly attitude towards customers, team members, and venue staff.

Responsibilities

• Handle all transactions with confidence and accuracy.
• Skillfully process returns, price overrides, and other unique scenarios.
• Ensure accurate cash flow and adhere to security procedures.
