About The Position

Lead Case Ready L004 - Goodlettsville Case Ready Plant Schedule/Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm Pay: $24.00/HR This position is responsible for assisting the Supervisor in coordination of the daily responsibilities of the department by ensuring the Supervisor’s instructions are communicated to the team members and carried out timely and correctly.

Requirements

INTERNAL REQUIREMENTS AT THE TIME OF APPLICATION: 6 points or less with no suspensions in last 12 months will be considered.
New hires must complete their initial 90-day probationary period.
Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

Must be willing and able to monitor all equipment to ensure it is working properly and notify the supervisor of any needed maintenance while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
Must be willing and able to assist the supervisor with day-to-day tasks to ensure proper product flow, product quality, yield, and labor efficiency.
Must be willing and able to learn all positions in the department to assist with team member training.
Other duties will include data entry and other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Must be willing and able to have good communication and organizational skills and be able to perform tasks with limited supervision.
