About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Lead Carpet & Flooring Technician to join our team. In this role, you will oversee carpet and floor cleaning services while leading technicians in delivering high -quality results for residential and commercial clients. Responsibilities include performing carpet and floor cleaning using methods such as hot water extraction, steam cleaning, and dry cleaning. You will also supervise water damage restoration services including water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and mold remediation.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in carpet or floor cleaning
Experience with water damage restoration equipment and procedures
Leadership or team supervision experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to handle physically demanding work environments
Valid Driver’s License required
IICRC certification is a plus

Responsibilities

Perform carpet and flooring cleaning using professional equipment and techniques
Supervise water damage restoration services
Lead, train, and mentor technicians
Assign jobs and manage team scheduling
Troubleshoot and maintain cleaning and restoration equipment
Communicate with clients and provide service recommendations
Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards
Manage supplies, tools, and cleaning inventory
Maintain accurate job records and reports
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures
