About The Position

Looking for skilled carpenter /remodeler with 10+ years experience to join our team! HOUSE DOCTORS is a nationwide professional handyman and home improvements company. Our local office in St Peters, MO has been servicing the St Charles county, West County and nearby communities for 18+ years with an A+ reputation. We do a wide range of residential and commercial repair and remodel jobs, from small repairs (change out faucets, lights) to full remodels (bathroom, kitchen, basement). A successful candidate will either be a well-rounded jack-of-all-trades, or well specialized in certain trades, such as plumbing, electrical, siding, framing, drywall, flooring etc.. Deck, fence and siding experience is a plus! Light commercial experience (i.e. maintenance, tenant build out, etc.) is a plus! WHAT WE OFFER? Requirements

7 to 10+ years of field experience in home building, repair and remodel industries.
Well experienced in remodel and improvement projects at all stages
Proven skills in some of the following skills: carpentry (framing, trim and custom), drywall, painting, flooring, tile, light electrical, light plumbing, windows / doors, deck/fence, siding repairs, etc.
Able to accurately mange assigned job materials, job flow and on-site tasks
Excellent problem solver and effective communicator
Ability to learn and operate some basic computer programs and systems
Able to do physical labor work including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), and handling tools
Valid Driver's license is required
