Lead Carpenter - High-End Residential Philadelphia, PA | Full-Time | On-Site New Market Design + Build Craft Beautiful Homes. Lead with Skill. Learn more about us What You'll Do Lead and mentor a team of carpenters, apprentices, laborers, and subcontractors Perform expert-level rough and finish carpentry -from framing and roof cut-ins to custom trim and detailing Interpret blueprints, plans, and work orders with accuracy and confidence Manage materials, deliveries, subcontractor coordination, and schedules on active job sites Uphold and enforce job site safety standards , organization, and cleanliness Communicate with homeowners and project managers to keep everyone informed Document progress through daily logs, jobsite notes , and material tracking Serve as a trainer and mentor-growing the team's skills and accountability over time What You Bring to the Team 5+ years of professional carpentry experience , including crew leadership Advanced skills in both rough and finish carpentry Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and safety best practices Ability to read and interpret construction documents, drawings, and measurements Professionalism and strong communication skills with clients, peers, and supervisors A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license Physical ability to perform hands-on work in all job site conditions A full set of professional-grade tools, including saws, drills, routers, levels, layout tools, and extension cords Compensation & Benefits $30.00-$40.00/hour (based on experience and skill level) Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) matching program Paid time off + paid holidays Full-time, steady hours: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-4 PM Is This You? Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional carpentry experience , including crew leadership
  • Advanced skills in both rough and finish carpentry
