About The Position

We’re looking for a hands-on Lead Carpenter/Foreman to lead field crews on construction projects across Buffalo. This role is perfect for a skilled tradesperson who thrives in leadership, sets the pace on site, and who will work alongside the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of construction trade experience, with leadership background
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and safety standards
• Ability to read drawings and communicate clearly with crews & management
• OSHA 30 (preferred), valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Supervise and work with crews to keep projects on schedule and on spec
• Read blueprints and coordinate with project managers & subcontractors
• Ensure safety compliance (OSHA standards, PPE, daily safety checks)
• Maintain high quality workmanship while mentoring apprentices/journeymen
• Track daily progress and help resolve on-site challenges
