Requirements

• Experience in interior finishes (doors, millwork, crown molding, cabinetry).
• Experience in custom bathrooms.
• Experience in basement build-outs.
• Experience in framing (floors, walls, roofs, stairs).
• Experience in exterior finishes (decks, railings, fascia, soffits, siding, windows, doors).
• OSHA 30 certification (required).
• Thermatru Certification (required).

Nice To Haves

• HIC certification (optional).
• CSL certification (optional).
• Hilti certification (optional).
• Lead Paint certification (optional).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent workmanship on a consistent basis.
• Lead projects and support team members.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and corrections for finish and apprentice carpenters.
