About The Position

We’re hiring a Lead Carpenter who can take charge of custom home and remodeling projects while working hands-on in the field. This role combines high-level craftsmanship with production management and team leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of carpentry experience (lead experience preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and architectural plans
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Commitment to exceptional craftsmanship and client satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Lead carpenters and subcontractors on residential projects from start to finish
• Interpret architectural plans and ensure precise, high-quality execution
• Manage job sites, quality control, and project timelines
• Communicate with clients and manage expectations throughout the build
• Work closely with design and project management teams
