About The Position
About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Lead Carpenter/Framer to join our team at SERVPRO of St. Paul Central West. As a leader in the restoration industry, we are looking for someone who is passionate about their work and eager to contribute to our team's success.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in carpentry or framing
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Read blueprints and drawings to understand project specifications
- Measure and cut materials to ensure a precise fit
- Install structures and fixtures, such as windows and molding
- Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures
