About The Position

We're looking for a Lead Caregiver to join our caring and supportive team in Chandler and surrounding areas. In this role, you will make a difference in the lives of seniors every day by providing hands-on care and support. You will lead and support a team of caregivers, help with training, scheduling, and team coordination, communicate with families and healthcare providers, keep clear and accurate care records, and create a positive and respectful work environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in caregiving or a related field
• CNA or HHA certification preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A compassionate, patient, and reliable nature
• Flexible availability (including weekends/holidays)
• Pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation
• Basic admin/computer skills
• Willing to travel within Maricopa County
