Requirements

Previous caregiving experience (required)
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Reliable, compassionate, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
Must pass a background check
Flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights and weekends

Nice To Haves

Experience with dementia or Alzheimer’s care (preferred)
Leadership or mentoring experience is a strong plus

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on personal care, companionship, and daily support to seniors in their homes
Step in to cover open shifts to ensure continuity of care for all clients
Mentor, train, and support new and existing caregivers in the field
Build strong relationships with clients and families, ensuring care plans are followed
Maintain high standards of care while promoting client dignity, independence, and safety
Communicate regularly with office staff regarding client needs and caregiver performance
Participate in on-call rotation, including evenings and weekends
