You'll oversee daily activities, mentor new team members, and ensure each client receives tailored care that promotes independence and well-being.
Requirements
- Previous caregiving experience (home care, assisted living, or healthcare)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable nature
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Passion for improving lives and making a real difference
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate personalized care plans
- Mentor and support fellow caregivers
- Build meaningful connections with clients and their families
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, medication reminders, and mobility support
- Maintain accurate documentation and report any changes in condition
- Promote a positive, respectful, and compassionate atmosphere
